Working in a startup allows you to grow exponentially since you get involved in almost everything. At least, I feel like that was my case. There have been several challenges along the way; For example, in REstyle , one of them was to constantly improve the pipeline while maintaining a balance between facial identity and hair attributes, or in DPlace, working with a VPP workflow where you need to replace something with high artistic quality, or fast-tracking cutting-edge technology like Stable Diffusion (which is progressing too fast) while you build a product on top of it. The last two years have been a real boost. Especially adding the fact that all my work has been remote, so you learn to manage your time to meet all the milestones while keeping your personal life in harmony.
